*We are happy to do a courtesy benefit check for our clients but it is the responsibility of the client to determine eligibility prior to the first meeting. Any claim denied due to lack of eligibility will be charged at the full rate to the card on file.
Billing and co-pays
Insurance is billed after date of service and co-pay/deductibles are collected at time of service using cash, check or charge. Self-pay clients are required to pay at the beginning of each session and a super bill will be issued for insurance reimbursement.
Late cancellations and no shows
This practice is a fee for service entity and any clients who cancel within a 24 hour period or do not show for an appointment will be charged the full rate to their card on file. Insurance companies do not allow for billing of no-shows or cancellations and thus the client will be responsible for these charges.
